AW App Studio ("us", "we", or "our") operates various mobile apps including "i-invest", "Learn Swift", "CSS Exam Companion" and "SAT Math" (the "Service"). This page informs you of our Terms of Use.

 

 

By downloading and using any of our apps, you implicitly agree to these Terms of Use mentioned on this page, and our privacy policy. The links to both are provided inside our apps, as well as on App Store.

 

i-invest Subscription 

Although the basic functionality of the app is free, we do provide premium features for users who buy our subscription. Subscribers do not see advertisements on the app and get to sign up using email and password which they can use on any mobile phone, be it an Android or an iOS device. This way subscribers can access their data (watchlist, portfolio etc) in sync from all devices. 

 

Right to deny Service

If you try to abuse our apps in any way or try to use the services for free which are intended to be offered only in return for payment or distribute or receive our paid content or services, AW App Studio reserves the right to terminate your subscription and block you from our platform. In case the violation is severe and warrants legal action and claim for damages, we have the right to pursue all such avenues.
